Tasha is a senior associate in the family law team at Morrisons. She has specialised for over 10 years in family law in Surrey and Hampshire, previously working as a Partner in a niche family law firm.

Tasha is a Resolution-trained mediator and collaborative law specialist. She has particular expertise in financial cases, and has 100% success rate in reaching financial settlements in all her collaborative cases. Collaborative law involves both parties and their lawyers meeting face-to-face to resolve financial or child-related matters constructively, with a commitment to avoid court from the start.

Tasha acts for clients on a wide range of family law matters, and is particularly known for her ability to reach favourable settlements for her clients out of court. Tasha always has a keen eye on costs when advising clients and takes a practical, personable approach when resolving difficult family law issues. She has acted for clients in applications to preserve marital property, contested divorces and variation of maintenance applications. She advises in depth on all private-law matters affecting children, such as relocation issues and schooling.

Tasha holds two university degrees from the University of Cape Town, and completed her postgraduate legal training at BPP Law School in London, obtaining a Distinction on her Legal Practice Course.


In her spare time, Tasha enjoys skiing and mountain biking, and running around after her two children.
