Laura is a partner in the Residential Conveyancing Department and is based in the Wimbledon office. She advises on all residential conveyancing matters. Prior to joining Morr & Co in July 2020 Laura was a partner in a specialist property firm working in Esher and Richmond, acting in a range of matters of including sales, purchase, re-mortgages (including bridging finance) and transfers equity as well as leasehold enfranchisement matters.

Laura has particular interest in leasehold matters and has considerable experience in this area. Notable cases have included advising a head leaseholder on the grant of leases in a luxury apartment block in Mayfair, voluntary lease extensions for a development of twenty homes in Surrey and a complex deed of variation and licence for alterations for a studio flat in a converted bakery in East London.

Laura enjoys establishing strong relationships with clients and third parties and believes that open communication is the key to a smooth and stress-free experience for the client.

Interests

Outside of the office Laura is a keen runner and has run several marathons.
