Anne is an associate in the family team and has practised exclusively in family law since qualification in 2006. She previously worked for two Legal 500 firms in Central London. She likes to take a constructive approach on her cases with a focus in early settlement if possible but if necessary she can call on significant litigation experience.
Anne has practical experience in all areas of family law but specialises in financial issues arising from separation and issues relating to arrangements for children (formerly known as residence and contact).
Anne is a member of Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association) which is a national organisation of family lawyers committed to non-confrontational divorce, separation and other family problems. She is a Resolution accredited specialist in Financial matters.

Anne is also an accredited mediator having trained with Resolution and obtained accreditation for “all issues” mediation through the Family Mediation Council. Anne’s accreditation means that she is able to conduct Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs).
She often works with other professionals including accountants, financial advisors and family therapists to ensure that her clients receive all the support and assistance that they need.

Anne regularly acts in medium and high net worth cases. She has experience in dealing with freezing injunctions, interim maintenance applications, enforcement and variation applications and joinder of 3rd party intervenors, She often deals with cases involving complex company and pension assets. Anne also has extensive experience in advising on cohabitee disputes and financial claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act.
Complex child arrangements
Anne also regularly advises on complex child arrangements disputes involving children with complex needs, allegations of harm and the instruction of experts. She has recently represented clients in cases involving applications for internal and international relocation of children.
Anne also has experience advising and representing clients in arbitration and at round table meetings. Her knowledge and understanding of alternative dispute resolution allows her to offer creative but practical options to best meet each individual client’s needs.
