Sarah deals with all aspects of private client work, including drafting complex Wills; inheritance tax and succession planning; trust advice and administration; preparation and administration of powers of attorney; and probate administration. She also deals with the creation of domestic and/or international trust and corporate structures, issues relating to residence and domicile, philanthropy.  This frequently involves complex tax advice with an international element and co-ordinating advice from advisors in different jurisdictions.

Her clients include multi-jurisdictional individuals, families, trustees and beneficiaries, predominantly of high net worth and/or with business interests, residence and domicile considerations or other complexities.

Sarah is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), a worldwide recognised professional body admitting only the most experienced practitioners in the field of trust and estates. She is also an elected Committee Member of the London Central Branch.  She has authored a number of articles across the private client spectrum, and very recently contributed a chapter tot the publication Private Client Practice: An Expert Guide (2016), focusing on international succession planning and conflicts of law.

Interests

Outside of work Sarah enjoys keeping fit and has taken part in many long distance races. She recently ran the London Marathon.
