Last week we hosted our bi-monthly networking event Redhill: Reigate Connects (R&R) at Old Reigations Rugby Club in Reigate.
We welcomed around 50 people for an evening of drinks, canapes and informal networking. There were lots of new faces in attendance as well as many of our regular guests, who had a chance to network throughout the evening – we hope everyone managed to make a good few connections!
Mike Jackson, Business Development and Marketing Director thanked everyone for joining us, before taking a moment to discuss our event on Wednesday 22nd May which coincides with Dementia Action Week – the event is a dementia friends event, it will be an informative session run by our Private Client team who are trained Dementia Champions. It will be a helpful event for anyone who works in a client facing role or is supporting someone living with dementia. The sessions will be informal and provide information and ideas – you can find out more about these sessions by emailing [email protected].
Simon Bland, Reigate and Banstead Borough Council took a moment to remind everyone about the Reigate and Banstead Business Awards, announcing they had received over 75 nominations for the various awards and reminded everyone that they are welcome to come along on the night and can find out more about purchasing tickets here.
Simon then assisted Mike with the business card draw drawing Charlotte Davies from PRIMOtax for second place who won a bottle of prosecco and Zac Tullet from Shippo won our first prize of a Morrisons goody bag full of wine, chocolates and much more!
