1. the introduction of Acas early conciliation periods requiring claimants to contact Acas with details of their claim to be offered early conciliation before submitting the claim; and
2. the abolition of the statutory questionnaire procedure, which currently allows, and prescribe specific questionnaires for, claimants to gain information from respondents for discrimination claims.
