Heena joined Morr & Co in January 2023 in the Dispute Resolution Department.

Heena advises on a wide range of contentious property disputes involving both residential and commercial properties and her experience covers exercise of break rights, lease renewals, possession proceedings, leasehold enfranchisement, dilapidations, forfeiture and relief, rent and service charge disputes, nuisance, trespass, boundary disputes and adverse possession claims.

Heena prides herself on being a proactive litigator who uses both practical and creative solutions to achieve success for her clients. She is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Interests

Outside of the office, Heena enjoys attending the theatre and loves to experiment in the kitchen as well as try out new upcoming restaurants. As a result of her love of food she ‘enjoys’ keeping fit.
