Morrisons Solicitors’ Holly Chantler named in leaders list

Morrisons Solicitors’ are very proud to announce that for the second year in a row, Holly Chantler has been named as one of eprivateclient’s Top 35 Under 35.

The Top 35 Under 35 list is considered to be the definitive annual list of young private client practitioners and the market-leading guide to the rising stars and the next generation leaders in the private client legal, accounting and fiduciary sectors in the UK and UK offshore (Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man) markets.  Holly was one of 364 people nominated for the accolade and was added to the final list of 35 following a detailed judging process.

Holly who is partner with Morrisons Solicitors, has particular expertise in the area of older and vulnerable clients, dealing with matters such as Court of Protection proceedings, powers of attorney, advance decisions, NHS Continuing Healthcare claims, safeguarding issues and personal injury trusts. She is also one of only approximately 70 Court of Protection Panel Deputies in England and Wales, usually being appointed where there is no one else willing or able to act as a deputy or where there has been a breakdown in family trust and relationships.
