This month Redhill & Reigate Connects (R&R), our bi monthly networking event took place on Thursday 24 May, and was generously sponsored by Handlesbanken.
Despite the rainy weather and the bank holiday weekend, around 50 people joined us for complimentary drinks and canapes at Old Reigatian’s. We welcomed a few new faces as well as our regular guests, who all had the chance to catch up with one another. We hope that you have all managed to make a few good local connections to enable strong business relationships going forward.
Mike Jackson, our Business Development and Marketing Director welcomed everybody and took a minute to thank everyone for attending as well as sponsor for supporting this month’s R&R. Clive Martin, Branch Manager at Handelsbanken Redhill, then took a moment to explain in more detail about the specialist, highly personal and bespoke banking services that they provide to corporate and personal customers, before welcoming Mike back to declare the winners of our business card draw.
Congratulations again to Steve Lane from Robinsons, who took home a very summery bottle of Aperol Spritz and Prosecco which was generously donated by Handlesbanken, as well as a bottle of Pimms which Paul Hanna from Crescus took home. Finally, well done to Nick Toomey on winning our Morrisons bag full of goodies!
