Morrisons Solicitors expand into Redhill Head Office

We are delighted to announce that later on this year we will be expanding our Redhill head office into brand new offices.

Our roots in the Redhill and Reigate stretch back to 1729, and we are pleased to have committed to taking the top floor of Prospero, on the London Road in Redhill, and hope to move in before the autumn.

Commenting on the move, Managing Partner Paul Harvey said:

“I am thrilled that we have been able to secure such a fantastic new office for our team in one of the most modern and impressive premises in Redhill.  This move demonstrates our long term commitment to the local area, and will create an excellent workspace for our team and our clients”.

Prospero was completed by McKay Securities PLC in November 2016 with its development partner, Lamron Estates Ltd.

Commenting on the letting, Simon Perkins, Chief Executive of McKay, said:

“Our ability to attract a highly regarded regional law firm such as Morrisons is testament to the quality and appeal of our most recent development, Prospero. This modern and attractive building instantly impresses upon entering, while its strong sustainability credentials act as a further incentive to today’s increasingly environmentally- and cost-conscious tenants”.

An important factor for the move was that environmental considerations have also played an important role in the design process of the new building, leading to the top sustainability credentials of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A being achieved.

The whole office is excited for the next step in the Morrisons Solicitors history and even more so for the top floor roof terraces offering impressive panoramic views of Memorial Park and the North Downs.
