Suzanne is a hugely experienced residential conveyancing lawyer based in our Redhill office. Having built up a wealth of experience over her 20-year residential property career, Suzanne supports clients on a wide range of residential property transactions, including buying and selling of freehold and leasehold property and land, new builds, transfer of equity, equity release, re-mortgages and lease extensions.

Suzanne’s clients include local families and high net worth clients, including sports personalities, city solicitors, international investment buyers and property developers. Her approach is to pre-empt and resolve potential problems early in the transaction to eliminate delays, minimise stress and ensure that transaction moves forward smoothly. Suzanne’s experience lies in dealing swiftly and efficiently in any property transaction, applying a common sense approach to problem solving. Suzanne has built up strong connections with Agents, Mortgage Advisors and referrers and loves getting to know her clients.
