Mariam completed her law degree in London and LPC in Guildford whilst working as a paralegal and training at a firm in Wimbledon. During her training, Mariam dealt with an array of residential and commercial property matters. Prior to this, she worked as a Legal Assistant for a boutique firm on the West End, specialising in commercial property and immigration matters.
Mariam qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in August 2021 and has experience in dealing with freehold and leasehold disposals, acquisitions and refinances, grants, surrenders and assignments of leases, funding arrangements and other commercial property matters.
Mariam loves reading so outside of work, is often found with her nose buried in a book. She enjoys most things history related, attending gigs, museums and galleries.
