Harriet qualified as a Dispute Resolution solicitor in 2021 and joined Morr & Co in October 2023. She specialises in Contentious Probate and Trusts but also has experience in property litigation and commercial litigation.
Harriet advises on disputes concerning the validity of Wills, the administration of deceased estates, executor/trustee disputes including the removal of executors/trustees and the bringing and defending of claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Her focus is on providing clear and pragmatic advice. She is also passionate about understanding each client’s needs, so that a resolution can be achieved, even in the most difficult of circumstances.
