Francesca joined Morr & Co as a Senior Associate in May 2018. Prior to joining Morr & Co, Francesca worked at a leading Surrey based law firm.

Francesca advises both employers and employees on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. These include Employment Tribunal matters, employee exits and settlement agreements, Redundancy, Discrimination, Contracts and handbooks, grievances, sickness and performance management and unfair dismissal.

Francesca is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

In her spare time Francesca enjoys spending time with her young family. Her interests include music, theatre, cinema and the occasional meal out.
