Elizabeth is an employment solicitor and has been with the firm since December 2018.
Elizabeth advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including settlement agreements, grievance and disciplinary action, unfair and wrongful dismissals, redundancies, restructures, workplace discrimination (with a particular interest in pregnancy and maternity related issues) and managing employee relations concerns from long term sickness to flexible working requests. She acts for both employers and individuals and uses her insight and expertise to advise and negotiate successful outcomes for her clients.
Interests
Elizabeth enjoys watching and playing a number of sports. She supports Arsenal and attends many home matches. Elizabeth is a keen runner and has completed numerous marathons and looks forward to adding more to the list.
