Eleanor read Theology at Durham University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course in Manchester.

Eleanor qualified in October 2019 having completed her training at a firm in the North West. Her primary seats were Commercial Property, Residential Property and Wills and Probate.

Prior to this, Eleanor worked in-house in London at a media management company as an Agent and later Legal Assistant and at a Literary Agency as a Paralegal.

Eleanor now assists the Commercial Property team in Oxted with commercial transactions including; freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, leases, licences for assignments/sub lettings and alterations, funding arrangements and other commercial property matters.

Interests

Eleanor loves the great outdoors and often spends any spare time exploring the UK with friends and family. Eleanor also enjoys travelling further afield and experiencing different cultures.
