Dalvinder joined Morr & Co in January 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department.

Dalvinder has more than 20 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, including Head of Legal for a major public house and hotel operator, and as a Partner and Head of Department for a private practice in Sussex.

Dalvinder specialises in all aspects of company and commercial law, advising sole traders, partnerships and companies on their various commercial and business needs.  Dalvinder’s expertise includes advising clients on matters including acquisitions and disposals in a range of sectors, private equity finance, intercreditor finance, joint ventures, group restructuring and franchising.
