Clare Johnson, Conveyancing Solicitor Wimbledon

Clare is an associate solicitor in the Wimbledon residential conveyancing team.  Clare originally qualified as a commercial property lawyer with a large City firm, where she gained experience dealing with the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions, specialising in the leisure sector.

Following a career break to have her family, Clare re-entered the profession into the world of residential conveyancing, initially with a firm in Esher and now at Morr & Co based in the Wimbledon office.

As an Associate Solicitor, Clare has experience in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new builds, as well as transfers of equity and remortgages. Clare’s calm and pragmatic approach is well received by clients and agents alike, and Clare enjoys building open working relationships.

Outside of the office, Clare’s three teenagers keep her busy, and the dog provides a much-needed excuse for long walks in the Surrey Hills.
