Chris joined the firm in September 2019 as a Conveyancing Executive in our Residential Conveyancing department. He is based in our Oxted office, dealing with residential property transactions and working on matters relating to new build developments.

Chris specialises in particular in the sale and purchase of new build properties and has spent much of his career acting for both developers and new build property purchasers. In addition, he has acted in connection with numerous sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages of residential properties for both private individuals and companies.

Interests

Chris is a keen cyclist and horse rider and recently undertook a 100 mile bike ride in the Ride London event in aid of a local charity close to his heart. He enjoys spending time with his young family and is also an adventurous cook at home. He is also a keen skier and, although Chris enjoys a round of golf, he confesses that he would need to improve to be considered a true golfer.
