Abigail an associate solicitor in the private client department. She started working in law in 2009 and qualified as a solicitor in 2012 in a firm in Surrey. Abigail then moved to a firm in London where she became a member for Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
Abigail has experience across a broad range of private client matters including drafting Wills to a client’s specific needs and requirements, administration of estates, advising clients on estate planning, drafting and registering powers of attorney including Lasting Powers of Attorney for Businesses and Court of Protection matters including Deputyship applications, co-trustee applications and statutory Wills.
She enjoys meeting clients and discussing their affairs in a frank and friendly manner, helping them to navigate complex matters and resolving sometimes difficult situations and to put their wishes into effect in the best possible way.

Abigail enjoys being a member of the CrossFit community and she recently competed in the CrossFit Open Games. She is also a keen baker and made 180 macaroons for her wedding favours.
