To assist businesses in knowing what changes are coming in imminently and therefore need to be considered first, we have developed a coding system for our blogs to assist. Green denotes a change that is anticipated or in force this year and may require action. Amber relates to changes that are anticipated in coming years and are for employers to be aware of.
