Promotion for Emma McLoughlin at Morrisons Solicitors
We are delighted to announce that Emma McLoughlin has been promoted to the position of Associate Solicitor in the employment team.
Emma has been with Morrisons Solicitors LLP for over five years having trained with the firm. Emma advises on a wide range of employment matters, acting for both employer clients and individuals. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating contractual documentation and staff handbooks, negotiating settlement agreements and advising on performance management issues. In addition, she advises on all employment related issues of corporate transactions, including TUPE obligations, for example in relation to staff consultation and the drafting of indemnities and ancillary documents, including service and consultancy agreements.
