Responsibilities will include; ensuring all bank reconciliations and transactions are carried out, reviewing bank statements, recording bills and other costs, producing complex data for reporting, editing and amending Excel spreadsheets, working closely with the department head and the accounts team to produce annual reports, working with team members to ensure financial information is up to date and highlighting changes or discrepancies.

This is a role that requires a number focussed candidate who can work methodically to ensure billings and accounts are up to date and within SRA and compliance guidelines.

This is a part time role of 21hours per week and we can be flexible on 3 full days or 5 short days.

Our specialist team have a reputation for acting with all the sensitivity and discretion that is needed – but also with the skills and expertise to ensure that matters are resolved in our clients’ best interests as quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively as possible.

The successful candidate will be 3-5 years + PQE with the ability to advise and support clients on a wide array of family matters including Divorce, Financial Remedy and Private Law Children Act cases.  You will be responsible for a caseload of private family matters including; Divorce and Dissolution of civil partnerships, financial remedy, financial provision for children and separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and child arrangements.
