This year the Dispute Resolution arm of our corporate practice has seen several changes. We are proud to welcome some great new expertise. In addition to commercial dispute resolution services, the new, stronger team boasts a number of specialist disciplines including Party Wall litigation, telecoms disputes, insolvency, and tax litigation as well as personal injury advice and clinical negligence.

Catherine Fisher took over the mantle from Paul Harvey as Head of the department in January and is already working with a number of our long-standing clients across the firm.
