On Saturday 16th May, a team of 10 members of staff took on the 5km Spartan Race Challenge at the Allianz Park, North London.
They were faced with 15 obstacles including 10ft walls, carrying tyres and crawling under barbed wire. The team completed the challenge in 1 hour, 1 minute and 11 seconds which was a great achievement in the 21 degree heat.

The event was to help raise money for our overall charity of the year, Kent Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance
