Morrisons Solicitors host R&R Connects

Our bi-monthly networking event, R&R Connects, took place last week (22nd March) at Old Reigatian’s RFC.

Over 60 people joined us, for complimentary drinks and canapés with a view of the wonderful grounds of Old Reigatian’s. The atmosphere in the room was great, as our regular guests had an opportunity to catch up with each other while also welcoming some new faces to the group. We hope that you all managed to make some good local connections, which enable you to build strong business relationships going forward.

Jordan Clarke, a member of our marketing team took a moment to thank everyone for joining us for the evening and summarised our next event which will be our Corporate Insights Seminar ‘Insights in context: The unexpected offer – a business sale case study’. The discussion topic for our panel of expert lawyers will revolve around a business sale and strategy case study, delving into the steps you need to take when considering/ preparing to sell your business. It promises to be an informative seminar with a great opportunity to network with likeminded individuals.

Karen Lord, a partner in our corporate and commercial team stepped in to declare the winners of our business card draw with Kirsten Andrews from Barclays winning our Morrisons bag full of treats and Jamie Williams from Savills taking home a bottle of bubbly. Well done to both of you!

Our next R&R Connects networking evening will be held on the 24th May, a little earlier due to the bank holiday so hopefully you can all make it. If you would like further information regarding our events, or would like to consider sponsoring and raising your profile locally, please contact [email protected].

We look forward to seeing you again soon.
