We are delighted to announce that on Friday 10th November, Morrisons Solicitors were the winners of two prestigious accolades at the Richmond Business Awards 2017, hosted at the Live Room in Twickenham Stadium. This popular black tie gala event brought together businesses of all types and sizes from across the borough of Richmond upon Thames, to recognise and celebrate each others achievements throughout the last year.
With a range of categories across multiple sectors and disciplines, we are extremely proud to have come away with both the Highly Commended Award for Best Training and Development, and the Commended Award for Best Professional Practice. John Andrews (Partner, Corporate), Kellie Williams-Jauvel (Partner, Dispute Resolution), Sarah Sarwar (Senior Associate, Private Client) and Lily Meyer (Solicitor, Commercial Property), attended the ceremony and collected the awards on behalf of Morrisons.
Being presented with awards in these two categories in particular is a significant achievement for us, and a proclamation of the importance of putting both our staff and our clients first in everything we do.
As a firm, we are committed to ensuring that all staff have the necessary access to learning, training and development opportunities at every stage of their career, as well as encouraging them to seek alternative methods to improve personal development. By implementing this high level of training and development across the firm, we aim to ensure we have an engaged and motivated team.
Excellent client service begins internally, and therefore our two awards go hand in hand. We believe well trained, happy and committed teams will project those qualities outwards naturally, both through the quality of the work they do and the way in which they deliver services to our clients.
We would like to thank the Richmond Chamber of Commerce again for a brilliant evening, and congratulations to all the nominees and winners of the various categories on the night.
We look forward to another prosperous year for local businesses.
