Landlord and tenant
We have a broad and in-depth expertise of dealing with all types of commercial

headquarters, GPs' surgeries, warehouses distribution centres and industrial

Commercial lending
We are becoming increasingly involved with secured lending for major banks,
wanting to protect their interests when lending money against the security of
commercial property. Our resulting knowledge of lenders' requirements is
invaluable when tight deadlines need to be achieved clients who are borrowing
funds to finance a transaction.
How we interact with other teams
Many business transactions involve a property element requiring specialist
commercial property advice and we regularly liaise with Morrisons commercial and
civil litigation teams to provide a seamless service to our clients.
