Simon Porter was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 and is a partner and head of department.
Simon trained and practised at leading City of London firm Slaughter and May where he qualifed as a solicitor in 1990 and he later practised for a number of years at several other City firms. Simon has also practised as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands and worked as in-house counsel for the Hilton hotels group.
Simon has extensive experience of corporate, corporate finance and financial transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, management buy-outs/buy-ins, corporate finance transactions and joint ventures.
