The Wimbledon Young Professionals Group (“WYPG”)
Sponsored by Morrisons Solicitors
Thursday 19 July 2012 (5.30pm onwards)
The Event
The last Wimbledon YPG event was held on Thursday 19 July 2012 with a return to where the WYPG began at The Slug @ Wimbledon, with a golf theme to coincide with the fist day of the British Open.
The successful event was sponsored by WYPG founders, Morrisons Solicitors, with an afternoon of golf at Wimbledon Common golf course (which was won by Karine Torr of Darling Magazine with Adam Coverdale of the Sheriff’s Office winning nearest the pin and Clive Scrivener of Tibbatts & Co with the longest drive) including an appearance from the sunshine and a night of networking, awards, and a selection of buffet food and drinks.
As always, the event was attended by more than 50-60 local young professionals from different business sectors including solicitors, accountants, surveyors, estate agents, recruitment consultants and financial advisors.
Morrisons would like to thank all that attended the WYPG and all who have attended previous WYPG events helping the WYPG build a strong network of local professionals .
