two separate departments. The

Development Team is headed up by Maria Bairstow and the

Real Estate Team is headed up by Robert Satiro.
The Commercial Real Estate Team can assist landlords and tenants with all aspects of commercial property, deals with the acquisition and disposal of freehold commercial property and can carry out secured lending work for funders.
The Property Development Team deals with all aspects of acquisition or disposal of land for development, peripheral matters for developers or landowners and also offers a bespoke plot sales service.
