    The main purpose of this role is to develop and implement compliance practices and procedures with regard to client care and file and case management in accordance with The Law Society, The Solicitors Regulation Authority and Lexcel guidelines. This will involve carrying out compliance file reviews, monitoring critical dates and undertakings, monitoring old client balances and orphan funds, and assisting in preparing annual reports for Lexcel. The successful candidate will be an experienced fee earner and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of compliance issues.
